California Chihuahua breeders who only have AKC registered Chihuahua puppies, Our Chihuahuas have the applehead cobby bodies. Our pups come from Champion lined pedigrees AKC parents who are show quality. We breed to meet the AKC Chihuahua standard of 2 to 6 lbs set by the Chihuahua Club of America. Chihuahuas under 2 lbs are very uncommon.

A Chihuahua puppy from reputable breeders can bring great joy for a long time. Please consider purchasing your puppies from a professional, educated, responsible, and reputable Chihuahua breeder who loves and cares for their dogs as if they were their kids. Remember, a well bred Chihuahua is not cheap!

Chihuahuas are tiny so make sure when purchasing one that you are willing to take on the responsibility of a tiny dog, especially if you have children. We are always asked for the "tiniest Chihuahuas" or the "Teacup Chihuahua", There is no such thing as a Teacup Chihuahua or a Micro Mini, or a purse Chihuahua, only Toy Chihuahuas and some are tiny toys. Please educate yourself on the health issues relating to feeding, vaccination, medical care, of your new chihuahua puppy. Your Chihuahua breeder should be well educated on the breed. Tiny puppies are not good for small children. Other terms you may hear that are inaccurate are pocket pet, Micro mini Chihuahuas, miniature, Dollface, Munchkin Chihuahuas, Babydoll face Chihuahua, Doe eyed and the newest one I heard, rare and exotic Russian Chihuahuas. Chihuahuas are considered "Toy breed", which come in two types of coat, Long or long haired, smooth coat or short coat. and have a nice short cobby, colby body.

We are located about an hour out of Reno nevada and about an hour from Sacramento CA in Northern California, Close to the Sacramento airport and about 30 minutes from Marysville, Chico, Oroville, Auburn and Yuba City, Woodland, Yolo, the Bay area ie San francisco is approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. and we do meet our Bay Area customers quite a bit in Vacaville.
